These terms apply to purchases from Sophie Parienti, a sole proprietor based in the United States, PO Box 5153, Santa Monica, CA 90409. Contact: sophie@sophieparienti.com.

What these terms cover

The digital products and coaching services offered by Sophie Parienti on sophieparienti.com and courses.sophieparienti.com. This includes The Fight Beneath the Fight (a 22-page digital guide), the 90-minute Clarity Session, and other coaching sessions, programs, workshops and communities. The guide is delivered as a download by email after payment. Sessions and programs are booked through the calendar or enrolment link sent after payment. Everything offered is educational and practical coaching. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless the offer states otherwise. For example, the guide is USD 19 and the Clarity Session is USD 149. You are charged at the time of order, or as set out in the offer for payment plans. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

The guide is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Please check your spam folder. If it does not arrive, write to sophie@sophieparienti.com and we will resend it.

Refunds and cancellations

Guide: if the guide is not right for you, email sophie@sophieparienti.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the guide price.

Clarity Session: if you have not yet had your session, you may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a session has taken place, it is not refundable.

Other coaching, programs and workshops: cancellation and refund terms are stated in the offer or agreement at the time you book.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Who this is for

Our products and services are intended for adults. If you are buying for another person, please make sure they are comfortable with the material.

Privacy and email

We use your email and name to deliver your purchase and to answer you. If you tick the optional box, we will also send you updates and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
